Just the Beginning

I know, I know, it's been ages, but I have a good excuse. I've been working on my house and getting it ready to sell. Plus I moved my fantasy art website to weebly and opened another website call digigirlstamp.

Now that my house is finished, I can get back into my fine art more.

I just started this new drawing. I got the reference from wet canvas. The very first thing I did was lay a very light base down. I used a medium tone color and I used light pressure. I even started marking places on the crystal bowl where bright highlights will be. Basically the next step will be mapping out highlights and maybe some dark areas. The drawing won't be looking very well for awhile, but I'll keep posting and you can watch it progress.
